DLS entered into a joint venture agreement with a local developer to build seven luxury condominium units and over 8,000sf of commercial space in the beachside town of Leucadia, CA on the sought after Highway 101.

Along with our investment partners, DLS provided the additional equity capital required to secure a favorable construction loan from a local lender and began construction in February of 2019. The expected delivery date is March 2021.
