Daniel Frye - Principal
Daniel Frye is a principal with DLS Investments and acts as the lead for all investment sourcing, acquisition, redevelopment, and operations. He received a degree in Management Science from Southern Methodist University before starting his career with Citigroup in Dallas, TX. He returned to San Diego, CA in 2016 to form DLS Investments, LLC. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Lincoln Club of San Diego, and is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
Leighton Frye - Partner
Leighton ‘Rusty’ Frye has been a commercial real estate investor since 2000, investing and developing residential and light industrial assets. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Interior Specialists, a new home design center headquartered in Carlsbad, CA which operated in the southwestern United States. Earlier in his career, Rusty spent 20 years in Information Systems in various management positions.
